RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you and your child to love The Coloring Pajama™. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and uncolored — in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with any tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Because our pajamas are designed to be colored by your child, an item that has already been colored, worn, or washed cannot be accepted for return, as it can no longer be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable (see "EU and UK right of withdrawal" below).

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at infothecoloringpajama@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before requesting a return, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping: unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Because we ship internationally, these costs vary by destination — we'll confirm the amount when your return is approved.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at infothecoloringpajama@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Items that have been colored, worn, or washed
- Printable/downloadable coloring sheets, once the download link has been delivered
- Waterproof markers included as a free gift with your order, once opened
- Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked as such at checkout

Promotional or bundle pricing (such as launch discounts) does not by itself make an item non-returnable — only the items listed above are excluded.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different size or design is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order separately.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at infothecoloringpajama@gmail.com.

EU AND UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at infothecoloringpajama@gmail.com within this period. Items must still meet the return conditions above (unworn, unwashed, uncolored) — coloring or using the item is considered acceptance that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the goods, and may affect your refund amount as permitted by law.

RETURN ADDRESS
Returns must be sent only to the address provided to you after your return request is approved. Please do not send returns to any other address, including the address listed in our company information below, as this may delay or prevent your refund.
